Functions
- To circulate State Government /Central Government and University Grants Commission’s circulars, information regarding scholarship/Fellowship belonging to the Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes and OBC in the Institute for different courses, collect the forms before the stipulated date and to take follow up action, wherever required.
- To analyze the information collected and prepare reports for onward transmission to the Ministry of Human Resource Development/University Grants Commission and such other authorities.
- To function as a Discrimination Committee for the Grievances of SC/ST students and employees of the University and render them necessary help in solving their academic as well as administrative problems.
