- Attendance Certificate for last year study
- Community Certificate
- Income Certificate (Original certificate / Computer Generated)
- Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate
- Aadhaar card photo copy
- Bank pass book front page (Canara Bank only)
- Receipt for the payment of Semester fees
- Joining report for Central Scholarship Schemes, if any
- Copy of the Award letter for Central Scholarships
- Break in Certificate, if any
